Beth has a team meeting at 10.00 o´clock. She knows that recently there were some problems within the team to which she had partially contributed. Beth is nervous and anxious and keeps running to relieve herself. Not knowing what to do and looking for help she calls her best friend from her cell phone to talk about her concerns but all her best friend had to say is: "Don´t worry maybe your fears are unfounded". As much as it helped to talk to somebody, Beth continued to imagine the worst outcome. To some, this may sound like fantasy but how long believed humanity that the earth was flat and if one reached the end of it, one would fall of? It is just the same with tapping or EFT - Emotional Freedom Techniques. Once experienced one starts applying it to all sorts of emotional upsets like stress, anger, fear of public speaking, fear of flying, grief or whatever else robs one of ones emotional freedom.
Today, EFT a variation of Energy Psychology, is not only used in therapy throughout the world but it lends itself particularly well to a "Do-It-Yourself" approach to personal self development. By simply tapping a few key acupuncture points, while simultaneously repeating certain phrases the body starts releasing the blockages that have stopped one from living ones full potential.
