Mr. Kleeger has almost a decade worth of hands on, in the trenches practical experience handling several high profile national cases that included advising, engaging, and managing investigations , with expertise in developing early stage complex technical digital forensic investigation services for law firms, all size corporations, corporate IT and/or security executives, human resource professionals, and other litigation support professionals. He's managed hundreds of matters involving crimes facilitated by computers, such as Data Theft, Restricted Covenant, Non-Compete, Sexual Harassment, Discrimination, Theft of IP, Commercial Litigation, Embezzlement, Bankruptcy, Class Actions, Toxic Tort, SEC/Securities, matrimonial related matters, criminal, and many more which have been filed in both State and Federal courts.
Routinely, Kleeger assists attorneys and their clients when faced with the challenges associated with (ESI) Electronically Stored Information. In addition, he often provides expert technical consultation and advice on preservation letters, preservation orders, injunctive applications and any other pre-litigation and/or pre-trial processes requested by the client and its counsel.
Notably, Mr. Kleeger was selected to participate on an e-Discovery "Virtual Advisory Board" for The Institute for the Advancement of the American Legal System (IAALS), a faculty member of Lawline.com, former faculty of the NJ Superior Court Judicial College of the Administrative Office, numerous speaker and panelist at several corporate counsel, human resource, and legal industry conferences around the NY Metro area and nationally, and lastly, featured on WNBC/NBC 4 News Channel regards to security threats using digital copiers.
